Design
Gocase offers acceptable design. Some people think it’s too colorful, but it’s matter of taste. On the left side you can see recent vgo case openings with vgo skins dropped in them. It seems that the design hasn't changed since the beginning of the site, which is a pity as there are many visual aspects of this site that could be improved.
Support
You can reach Gocase support only via email, which is not enough in these days. Customer Support does their job well, but in our opinion they could work faster 😊
